I'm returning to make my report on my trip to Amecon! :P (which btw - just incase you don't know..just incase lol - is a 3 day convention held at Leicester University)
Day 1 - Friday 10th
Slept round dragon_agility's house Thursday night, 'cause we had to get up sooo early >.< and make our way to the train station, train was late "signal failure" or something like that.
Met up with Teh Grim on the train and started making our way to Leicester :)
[This is really random but there was the gorgeous looking girl, dressed in really fashionable lothing etc, you knwo the type, to be sterotypical, and she sat down in front of me and whipped out a pink DS out of her bag and started playing pokemon i was like WTF no way O_O whipped out my DS and was like SNAP! haha]
OK, so we finally get there, around 11ish? -tbh i can't remember- (lugging our MAHOOSIVE suitcases with us - containing our cosplays :P) and...dun dun DUN huge queues for registrations 'cept for the lucky ones like myself, sine my badge names began with 'J' = 'Jen ^-^' while Grim and Dannii had to queue loooong time, for there's :P
Then we made our way to the accomodation ..long walk -______- GOT CHANGED INTO COSPLAY! (This is where there fun begins.) I dressed as Tohru Honda from Fruits Basket with my lil Kyo plushie in my arms woot! :D
Me, Dannii and Grim went Morrisons with the Naruto cosplayers (in cosplay..duh xD) and got the most entertaining and strangest looks ever for example = O_O ............
Dannii dressed up as Itachi, a Naruto character you see *giggles* she looked amazingly like her character!
Went to dealers room ZOMG TOKYOTOYS, Hideki and the TokyoToys girls were there, they muchos rawk :D our friends whom we love :D we danced with them
Day 2 - Saturday 11th
Cosplayed as: Misato Katsuragi from Evangelion
Went to the Bring and Buy and bought LOADS of cheap DVD boxsets = Blue Gender, Pretear, BubbleGum Crisis, Paranoia Agent..:P
Went dealers room, went games room ZOMG games room had, Nintedo Wii Naruto game, Gundam SEED /SD games, PS3, DDR, Para Para, Guitar Hero Singstar, even an old SEGA! Super Smash Bros' FTW! Oh and a Yu-Gi-Oh tournament section, where Ross-kun taught me how to play Yu-Gi-Oh yay!

We bought pizza and partied hard! YER!
Day 3 - Sunday 12th i.e WE LOVE CHAIR!!!
Cosplayed as: A Random Samurai :P
The japanese band Gothika played live, and we went and saw them very good I must admit, hard crowd to please, I mean in terms of, such a small crowd than theu're prob used to. "It's Japanese talk lesson time...how do i say ' where is the love hotel?' ano...." xDD hahaha
Then we went annnd sat down to watch the Omake..very gd! especially the metal gear solid skit. At the very beginning before it started, ppl were getting a bit bored, like me, so i liek them, whipped out my DS and started playing..as you do, so someone shouted out "everywone with nintedo ds hold it up" and a mexican wave of DS were held up xD PICTO CHAT TIME! "do a barrell roll" "LIGHT KILLS DUMBLEDORE!" "YURI FTW" "O.o" etc...shoop de woop etc..
General sillyness really ..as we do :D
At one point, a chair was left on stage "i love you chair!" and other random things were shouted from the audience along with a huge round of applause for Chair, chair was our favourite omake contender by far :D Chair was taken off stage :( Then...evil imposter chair comes along *glares* ¬_¬ but chair won the battle, evil imposter chair lost! woot and all the Omake contestants held up chair and carried chair through the audience the the back :P
And also the cosplay ball was on, annndd kareoke woot! we sooo kareoked ;P BLEACH FTW!
Final Day - Monday 13th
Were we soooooo tired -_- 2am Grim say: "you might aswell stay over" we spend at least an hour debating whether to or not, in the end WE FLIPPED A COIN and coin said to go back to our own accomodation..in the freezing cold...with the loon gwalk... in the COLD..in dresses...in the COLD...along the GRAVEYARD road...in the COLD ..... -____- BAKA's! :D
ok i'll finish this post later since I'm being beckoned downstairs, but it's a start eh? :P
EDIT:
I tell you what, it was effort lugging everything home, Grim had to keep carrying my suitcase for me, i actually had to sit on my suitcase to fit in all the anime -I BOUGHT A MOKONA BACKPACK..yes 'cause I'm kool with a 'K'- my suitcase was literally bursting, it wanted to break then and there, thankgod it held out until I got home PHEW my mum was like O_O...

I got my ears pierced today! Got my second set done and top of the ear *grins* ^^ *feels much better*
I also cut myself a bit more of a fringe but i want to cut more off now and give myself a BIGGER fringe *giggles* i dont like my forehead -_- XDDD
So hmm, i was feeling really good until someone spoiled my day *eye twitches* so there's a lil angry fire burning inside me now..*sigh* why do people always want to bring you down when you're feeling so happy?

Woah what's up with my lj...it's like completely shifted the table to the left o.O oh my...*wonders what happened there* well you come back for a week and your post table has shifted!
Hmm once again i can't be bothered and i dont really want to say whats been going on to be honest all hecticness >.< - but the Holland trip was excellent!
Shopping, sightseeing, Phantasia Land! (theme park) Crossed over the borders god knows how many times, visited 5 countries in one day! >.< England, France, Belgium, Germany and Holland! Practically a 10hr coach journey (ferry somewhere at the beginning Dover-Calais) I think everyone really enjoyed themselves at Holland, we got really lucky with a 4 star hotel, i'd love to go again but somehow i don'' think well get that lucky again hehe, especially since we almost got kicked out twice because of some troublesome boys.

Damn I need to get my sleeping pattern back into order! I keep going to bed at such random times..
I just keep falling asleep all over the place.
The other day we had a few free lessons, and a few of us went over the park, the went over there to do photog, i went over there to sleep XDD I had a nice nap in this spinny bowl thing, and then Stef came along and spinned it scaring the hell out of me! =ARGHHHHHHHH! *breathes* ARGHHHHH! "Jen i've stopped spinning it" ...oh.... XDD And then they all glomped me.
Then i fell asleep on a desk somewhere....and a few other random places.. XDD
Samurai was fun last night i decided to glomp everyone onto the floor, soft glomps though, and they were already sitting on the floor hehe ^^
And now, i am tired and bored, so nothing new, since my history lesson got cancelled and we were given ANOTHER presentation to do on Russia, ¬_¬ which i know nothing about. Haha, it's to be expected i suppose, A2 is all about independent study and research ^^ WHYYY!!! Why couldn't it wait until September ¬_¬ buggers, we've only just finished our exams.

I forgot to include that i had a weird dream last night in which i kissed one of my boy mates, which was really weird, now i feel all awkward, i've had a dream like this before and i thought i fancied the guy and it made thigns really awkward for me, and made me get really embarassed/flustered around him because i felt uncomfortable around him. :S And when i woke up i had a really big urge to see him and spend time with him, but i don't think i fancy him...i just really enjoy his company and i know that...

I've had no time for anything but work recently, with all the deadlines and exams coming up!
ARGH! My photography coursework is all due by the end of this week *panics* I need to revise aswell, I've got my Hamlet English exam on Monday, along with General Studies and History, i didn't realise until yesterday. ~Oh and my samurai grading is next MOnday aswell, so aswell as revising for school and coursework i've got to practise for that, I don't mind, I'm just worried where I'll find the time, I really don't want to fail anything! XD
*twirls* no anime, no time no time for anything...i think we all feel like we're being bled dry o_O
Oh well I better get on with my work now....
PS. I don't think my next update will be until after my exams or the summer, maybe I'll make some vague ones in free time.

Went to see "Royal Hunt of the Sun" at the theatre today, twas good ^^ SCHOOL TOMORROW! *runs and hides*
*sulks* Although the ff12 release date ha been moved to September...my mate is getting it this month from his friend whos dad is a co-boss of sony..NOOOOO! it's just not fair XDDD Well at least now he can tell me what its like. ^^

Oh and I've got a new camera! It's an SLR film camera! I've wanted one for ages! *strokes SLR* my dad was like "are you sure you don't want a digital one" nope. "you want a film one?" yup. "why??? that's like a downgrade!" no its not, its still an SLR.
^^ i loooovveee film cameras, you get to develop the film all by yourself, hard work in the dark room and all, but you just can't get the same effect with digital, besides already got a digital one that does what i want it too. Black and white film, colour film, different kinds of photographic paper...etc oooh the possibilites XDD
Gives me a new spurt of creativity. ^^

Woho! Its the Easter holidays!
Well i've got a ton of revising to do and nice wad of essays! But i can catch up on my reading, my coursework, anime watching and hanging out with mates, and hopefully sort out some other things. ^^
I went to London for the day on Saturday and went into "Forbidden Planet" best anime/everything shop! My haven! hehe, my parents literally had to drag me away. Dani we must go together! ^^ I bought myself a newtype mag! Now i have my own copy! I promise i will subscribe one day then i wont keep pestering you to borrow them XD. I also bought books, 1 dvd, oh and a gothic lolita mag, oh and there was a cute little vending machine that popped out FF X-2 phone chibis so i got one ^^
Hmm, well nothing too interesting has happened recently...Stef's left me on my larry to get to samurai tonight, usually we take the bus, but i dont fancy taking it by myself with creepy people on the bus so i explained my dilema to James and he did say he'd give me a lift, but he has to work late so thats not going to work..hmm he's only been driving for 3 months so we'd prob get anyway lost... XD
Anyway i better change out of my jeans, i took the dog for a walk earlier and got slobbered on. XD

Well i've just come back from an Drama Open Evening where all the GCSE and A Level drama groups got to perform thier exam pieces to friends and family. (My group was last ^^)
And well i'm feeling pretty elated right now /exhilaterated, i think this is my first time actually enjoying it and for once i got off stage not regretting as much.
I thought at first when i got off the stage "bullox that was crap" but afterwards thinking about it and the responses we got about our performance from people, I feel better about it you know?
It was really interesting seeing what all the GCSE groups had done but they'd copied a lot of the A level groups work. Cheeky buggers. They'd come to watch us perform it for our exam. Well the A level groups really noticed it and was gobsmacked at some bits that were almost identical (in our eyes) I guess its because we've spent months of working on ours so we can tell what bits were used.
Well we didnt mind too much (i speak for myself, a few others were more gobsmacked/annoyed than me), interesting to see parts re-created/re-produced though, but the GCSE groups were more realism based, ours was more surreal (more Brecht-ian) definitly an interesting night. ^^

The A-level English classes went to see Hamlet at the theatre today. hehe, it was very good.
I did kind of half keep nodding off at the beginning, but it wasnt out of boredom it was just out of tiredness. I mean i'm sitting there in the dark snuggled up in my warm coat (with cold hands) and infront of me there's a bunch of actors speaking shakespearian, so naturally my brain decides its too much effort to bother and decides to catch up on some missed sleep. Had to snap myself out of it because the acting was brilliant, and the play was well portrayed. The death scenes were so funny, well whether they were meant to be or not, and the sexual references were very funny.
I've noticed, that the authors/playwrights we've been studying, like Shakespeare and Thomas Hardy, have slightly perverted minds with their sexual references...
Everyone was quoting the play afterwards, we all answered the registered with quotes like "help ho!" "poison" by order of our English teacher. Stef added a "good night mother" - Hamlet drags the dead body away and ends with that line, everyone burst out laughing in the theatre.
Anyway enough ramble, i've been annoying my parents enough my sitting there and quoting lines and giggling to myself, making my parents think i'm insane...
EDIT:
Most people who went to see the hamlet play thought it was naff, and although from a dramatists or directors point of view i can see what was wrong with it, melodramatic in some parts and then too serious or too carefree in others, walking without a purpose...blah blah i still enjoyed it and for an understudy i still thought he was good. ^^

I've been rewatching a lot of anime lately like, Escaflowne, Fushigi Yuugi and I'm trying to find a large amount of free time to watch Gundam SEED dubbed version - am i putting myself up for torture?... i think re-watching it in the dubbed form might be a bit of a shock, i'm used to the japanese voices, especially for kira, athrun, cagalli and lacus!!!

Well I've just spent the last 20mins hiding in the kitchen from my dad, hand on the door handle to prevent entry, as he was determined to get me back. He sat directly outside the door on a chair, eventually (to draw me out i guess) he went and sat on the sofa. (one of our playfights went a little...sour? XD -->i sprayed him with water because he was getting really rough +i was really winding him up - i hit him on the head with my bokken XD - so he grabbed for a jug of water on the side and i lunged for the kitchen)
Anyway, long story short, i had to use my 'ninja skills', and do a *ninja flee!* by getting my mum to distract him and tip-toeing past. i was surprised at how well i did, no creaks, past the dinning room, the stairs was a challenge took me around 5 mins to get up, URGH the landing...biggest obstacle. XD
So i'm hiding in my room...i dont think he knows yet *sniggers*...*barricades door*
Well today was stressful, its the night before my drama exam ARGH! so i'm taking the night off from samurai class. i was really looking forward to going, but i always end up waking up so tired the next day (if anyone that goes with me says they arent tired afterward they are LIARS! XD) -->Not good when you have a practical exam the next day! well i'm pretty bored because i really can't do any work, its all drama and i feel like my head going to explode *ka-boom* from all the drama work. ^^

Well long time no post...again.
I think there's too much to say to even bother to start typing.
Well I'm up to date with most of my work, the verbal kick up the butt from my mum kinda worked. The "you're not going out until you've done all your work" with an added --> "and i dont care how long that may be, a day, a week, a month!" Hmm... Never had one of those before.
Well as you can see (if you're actually on my lj not looking at friends page etc..) I'm making attempts to change my layout. I think I've done quite well...not sure what made me pick the colours really, - Lacus was on my mind at the time - i guess its just my girly side showing XD.
Well i'll finish it up later, must get back to work!

So, haven't posted in a while.
Been very busy with preporation work for drama exam. Argh! It's been hellish and depressing, but i feel better today probably because it's snowing ^^
Everything is on hold for drama, all my other work for school, sleep, friends..etc. *sigh* i haevntdone my english essay, or my history presentation. i'm screwed tomorrow, and i havent done any photography for the past 3 weeks. but i'm still upbeat and thinking positively. not point in getting distressed, that wont solve anything. My cold has pratical gone! and the cough only reappears everynow and again. i'm just exhausted.
God there's so much i want to write about. Like on Tuesday I went to the theatre to see a modern version of "Measure for Measure" with the drama group, and a bunch of other things but i dont haev the time.infact i've got to go now.

ARGH! i'm going insane, i've been invited to go to camden 3 times in 3 days now! and people have been calling to meet up and i have to keep saying "sorry i can't i'm ill." *grumlbes* i desperately want to get out and go somewhere.
Kim wanted to met up and i really wanted to go and hang out, but i'm forbidden from leaving the house. (not like i feel up to it anyway) i've been asked out on a date but can't go...(not sure i'd really want to any way - its the concept! the fact that i can't go out bugs me) My best friend who i havent seen in ages wants to meet up but i cant...*growls* etc..
*grumbles* stupid lingering virus, i swear it's developed into a cold or flu. its getting worse again.
well anyway, whilst i've been ill i've been writing a written journal, which is bad cause i'm not making any posts...but then there's nothing to post since i haven't been going out so its just mainly randomness and thoughts.
how irritating, i can't even listen to music because it gives me a headache. and i am fed up of doing homework. i have a free house so i'm going to either play my game console, or enjoy my alone time away from my brother bugging me every 5 mins saying "can i play your game" no "can i play your game" no "can i play your game" etc... since when the strict mother is in the house i'm not allowed near comp, near game console and told off severely when caught doing hw. WHAT THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO DO THEN! i refuse to stay in bed any longer.
